IHRC Chief meets today with Excellency Jhala Nath Khanal, 34th Prime Minister of Nepal and Vice President of the Eminent Persons Council (EPC) of the International Human Rights Commission.
Both discussed the regional and international issues and working of the IHRC worldwide.
IHRC Chief briefly informed the Prime Minister about his participation in many international conferences and its outcomes. IHRC Chief also informed him about forthcoming IHRC Goodwill Ambassadors Conference 2024 at Dubai in which the Prime Minister Khanal will be keynote speaker along with other international world leaders.
Excellency Jhala Nath Khanal accepted to be part of the conference in Dubai. They also discussed the issue of Gaza and stressed the humanitarian ceasefire and aid to save the lives of Palestinian.
Both agreed to enhance IHRC role to pressurised the world leaders to ask Israel to stop human genocide in Gaza.
